APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR STREET\nREHABILITATION PROJECT NO. 21-9271\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council accept the street\nrehabilitation project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of\nCompletion. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to accept Street Rehabilitation Project No. 21-9271 as complete and\nauthorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.”
