Design and Plans for Safety Enhancement Projects for Bicycle Facilities.\nEnvironmental Considerations: It has been determined that the proposed\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Section 15301 (c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section exempts\nprojects characterized as minor alterations to public facilities, involving\nnegligible or no expansion of the existing use. Maintenance, striping, and\nrepair are proposed on an existing public street and does not create additional\nautomobile lanes.
