1. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-23-31 ADOPTING THE COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council conduct a public hearing to\nconsider the use of CDBG funds for the Senior Outreach Program and ADA compliant\nSidewalk Replacement Program in FY 2024-25.
