4. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR IT CONSULTING/MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES WITH SDI PRESENCE, LLC\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a three-year\nprofessional services agreement with an option to extend the contract for two more\nyears with SDI Presence, LLC for Information Technology Consulting/Management\nServices. If the Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion\nwould be:\n“I move to approve a three-year professional services agreement with an option to\nextend the contract for two more years with SDI Presence, LLC for Information\nTechnology Consulting/Management Services and authorize the City Manager to\nexercise the future option under the contract in his discretion, subject to satisfactory\nperformance and Council budget appropriation.”
