APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ATLAS\nPLANNING SOLUTIONS FOR LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN\nPREPARATION SERVICES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve a professional services\nagreement with Atlas Planning Solutions for Local Hazard Mitigation Plan preparation\nservices.
