2. APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF SUBSCRIBER RADIOS AND RELATED HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE\nUTILIZING COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES MASTER AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS INC.\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Purchase of subscriber radios and related software and hardware for the City's Public Safety\nCommunications Upgrade Project utilizing the County of Los Angeles Master Agreement with Motorola\nSolutions Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $1,797,714; and\n2. The purchase of the radios and related software and hardware will be funded by the California Office of\nEmergency Services (CAL-OES) Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant\nProgram for the funding period from June 1, 2023, to February 28, 2026, grant award of $2,211,745.\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
