9. Agreement for Professional Services with Safety Network Traffic Signs, Inc.\nfor the Preparation of a City-wide Traffic Sign Inventory and\nRetroreflectivity Assessment\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Safety Network Signs, Inc. for\nthe preparation of a City-wide Traffic Sign Inventory and Retroreflectivity\nAssessment in the amount of $90,000;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to RKA Consulting Group in the\namount of $10,000 to administer the project; and\n4. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Safety Network, Inc. in the\namount not to exceed $90,000.
