Support for Assembly Bill 817 (Pacheco): Supporting Commissioner\nDiversity\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Horvath and Solis: Instruct the\nChief Executive Officer, through the Legislative Affairs and Intergovernmental\nRelations Branch, to support Assembly Bill 817 (Pacheco), legislation which\nwould allow non-decision-making legislative bodies currently governed by the\nBrown Act, such as advisory bodies and commissions, to participate in two-way\nvirtual teleconferencing without posting their physical location and advocate to\nadvance this effort.
