Grand Avenue,\nPomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8343-005-019, Related to the “Grand Garden”\n9-Unit Residential Condominium Development (Council District 2)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-249 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP TM NO. 83362 FOR\nTHE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 650 W. GRAND AVENUE,\nASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8343-005-019\n2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign the Tract Map TM No. 83362 on behalf of the City.
