Item No. 23. 2022-1036 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE PURCHASE OF A\nCATERPILLAR 920 WHEEL LOADER FROM QUINN\nCAT FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS RIGHT OF WAY\nMAINTENANCE DIVISION (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: 1. WAIVE the formal bidding procedures as defined by the Carson\nMunicipal Code, Section 2610; and\n2.
