Garey Avenue,\nPomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8344-023-049, Related to the Subdivision of an\nExisting Commercial Development (Council District 2)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-247 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP PM 83730 FOR THE\nPROPERTY LOCATED AT 2061 S. GAREY AVENUE, ASSESSOR PARCEL\nNUMBER 8344-023-049\n2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign the Parcel Map PM 83730 on behalf of the City of\nPomona.
