Adopt a Resolution approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation\nMonitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) in accordance with the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) for General Plan Amendment No. 22-01, Zoning Map Amendment No.\n435, Precise Plan No. 570, and a Density Bonus and Affordable Housing Agreement for the\n29-Unit Senior Housing Development by Our Lady of Guadalupe located at 17103 Magnolia\nStreet.\n2. Adopt a Resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 22-01 to change the Land Use\nMap Designation from General Commercial to High Density Residential for the property\nlocated at 17103 Magnolia Street.\n3. Introduce an Ordinance approving Zoning Map Amendment No. 435 to change the zoning\nmap designation from C1 – Local Business to R4 – High Density Multiple Dwelling for the\nproperty located at 17103 Magnolia Street.\n4.
