6. Award of Construction Contract to United Storm Water, Inc. for the Purchase\nand Installation of Trash Control Devices on Stormwater Catch Basins, Cash\nContract No. 23-34\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Construction Contract for the Purchase and Installation of Trash\nControl Devices on Stormwater Catch Basins, Cash Contract No. 23-34 to\nUnited Storm Water, Inc., in the amount of $196,296;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to process change\norders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the contract for $19,630, for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $215,926, if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract for the\nPurchase and Installation of Trash Control Devices on Stormwater Catch\nBasins, Cash Contract No. 23-34 with United Storm Water, Inc., subject to\nthe City Attorney making non-substantive changes; and,\n4.
