Southeast Los Angeles Cultural Center Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Hahn and Solis: Direct the Chief\nExecutive Officer, the Directors of Public Works, Arts and Culture, and Parks\nand Recreation, and any other relevant Department Heads, to create a work\nplan outlining the necessary steps for the County to fulfill its intent to carry out\nthe development and ongoing operations of the Southeast Los Angeles Cultural\nCenter Project, and report back to the Board in writing in 90 days.
