(Villalpando) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Receive and file a progress update from Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) on addressing frequent power outages in the\nGrandview Estates neighborhood; 2) If deemed acceptable, consider SCE's\nrequest to defer their next detailed progress report to June 2024 contingent\nupon SCE's commitment to address any emergent issues promptly if they\narise before the scheduled update and in coordination with the City Manager:\nand, 3) Receive and file a presentation on SCE’s Government Advisory Panel\n(GAP) meeting on the utility’s 2023 implemented initiatives and strategies.\nAgenda Report
