22. Hollywood 2.0 Pilot\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Horvath and Barger: Instruct the\nDirector of Mental Health to continue providing written reports to the Board and\nreport back to the Board verbally at a March 2024 Board Meeting on the\ndirectives initially outlined and additional supportive strategies for the\nimplementation of the Hollywood 2.0 pilot project, including the following:\nAn analysis of why this pilot is different from existing services;\nAn implementation timeline, including potential contingencies and\nspecific anticipated dates of launch for the following Hollywood 2.0 key\ncomponents: Hollywood Mental Health Cooperative, Hollywood Respite\nand Recovery Center (UCC/Respite), Clubhouse, Interim Housing,\nEnriched Residential Care Program/Board and Care, Employment, and\nLocal Community Events/Meetings;\nOutline of the services being offered and services to be offered as they\nrelate to the aforementioned key components;\nOutline of all County staff positions identified as fully or partially\ndedicated to this initiative, the role they will fulfill in launch and/or\nimplementation, the status of the positions funded, posted, hired, and\nvacant;\nStatus of the evaluation component and results as they develop;\nStatus of trainings and partnerships with key partners in Trieste, New\nYork and others;\nStatus of all leases and contracts, including projected timelines;\nCommunity engagement and outreach strategies, as well as efforts\nundertaken to ensure access to services, and to ensure community\nawareness about the Hollywood 2.0 pilot; and\nChallenges and opportunities as they relate to all of the above.
