14.1 Consideration and Approval of a Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with S&L Security, Inc. to Provide Continued Onsite Security Services for\nthe El Monte Homekey Program Sites.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with S&L Security,\nInc. to extend the contract term through December 31, 2024;\n2. Approve an increase to the contract amount from $944,492 by an additional $242,042 for\na total not-to-exceed amount of $1,198,534; and\n3.
