7. Right of Way Fencing for the Vincent Community Bikeways Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Find that the recommended\naction is within the scope of the County of Los Angeles 2012 Bicycle Master\nPlan Final Environmental Impact Report previously certified by the Board;\napprove a budget increase for the Vincent Community Bikeways Project\n(Project) in the amount of $3,100,000, to compensate for the recommended\nchange in work; and authorize the Director of Public Works to adopt the revised\nplans and specifications for the Project, and execute a Change Order in the\namount of $3,100,000 for the change in work, to install an eight-foot-high\nwelded wire fence for several segments of the bike path on the private property\nside of the flood control channel, remove existing fencing, and perform other\nassociated labor to complete the additional work for the Project in the Cities of\nAzusa, Covina, Irwindale, and West Covina, and the unincorporated community\nof Vincent. 4-VOTES (23-4541)
