3. Real Property Agreement for the Temporary Relocation of the North\nHollywood Public Health Center Staff During Construction of the New\nNorth Hollywood Health Center\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Barger and Horvath: Authorize\nthe Chief Executive Officer to expeditiously locate, negotiate, execute, and/or\namend a real property agreement, with the estimated total real estate agreement\namount not to exceed $2,622,000, over the 36-month term, which may include\nany passthrough costs, such as operating, maintenance, utilities, and security\nfor real property to temporarily house North Hollywood Health Center (NHHC)\n(Project) staff during the construction of the new Project; expeditiously execute\nany other ancillary documentation, take all further actions necessary and\nappropriate to implement the terms and conditions of the real estate agreement\nincluding, without limitation, exercising any early termination rights and/or\noptions to extend, but in no event will any proposed term exceed the\nconstruction duration of the Project; find that entering into an agreement for\ntemporary premises to be used by NHHC is authorized by Government Code\nSection 25351, which allows the County to enter into leases and agreements for\nthe leasing of buildings, are necessary to carry out the work of the County\ngovernment; find that entering into an agreement for temporary premises and\nrecommended actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct, and upon Board approval, direct the Chief Executive Officer to file a Notice\nof Exemption with the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
