1.\nProposed Ordinance No. 2434 Revising and Establishing Speed Zones Upon Certain\nStreets in the City by amending Victorville Municipal Code Section 12.20.020\nRecommendation:\nThat Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a public hearing to receive comments regarding Ordinance No. 2434\nand the Municipal Code Amendment therein;\n(2) Find the Municipal Code Amendment exempt from environmental review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3),\nand/or 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines;\n(3) Introduce Ordinance No. 2434 for adoption and first reading by title only; and\n(4) Waive further public reading in full of proposed Ordinance No. 2434.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
