80. Temporary Personnel Services Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve a Model Master Agreement (Model Agreement) that\nwill be used to execute Master Agreements (Agreements) with qualified vendors\nto provide as-needed Temporary Personnel Services for the term of January\n19, 2024, through January 18, 2028, with three one-year extension options, for\na total term not to exceed seven years; authorize the Sheriff to execute\nAgreements substantially similar to the Model Agreement with qualified vendors,\ncommencing January 19, 2024, or upon execution by the Sheriff, whichever is\nlater, to meet the needs of the Department; and authorize the Sheriff to execute\namendments and change notices to the Agreements as set forth throughout the\nModel Agreement, to effectuate modifications which do not materially affect any\nterm of the Agreements, add new or revised standard County contract\nprovisions adopted by the Board as required periodically, exercise option\nterms, effectuate the assignment and delegation/mergers or acquisitions\nprovision, effectuate incremental increases to the hourly billable rates in\naccordance with the Cost-of-Living Adjustment provision of the Model\nAgreement; and terminate Agreements, either in whole or in part, by the\nprovision of a ten-day written notice.
