43. Community Child Abuse Councils Coordination Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Children and Family Services to\nexecute an amendment to the Community Child Abuse Councils Coordination\n(CCACC) Services Contract with Children's Bureau of Southern California\n(Contractor), to increase funds above the 10% delegated authority, in the\namount of $85,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act funds to the current\ncontract for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24, and $85,000 for FY 2024-25, with the\nmaximum annual contract amount, including the addition of $85,000, of\n$185,000, and with the maximum contract amount of $370,000 being financed\nusing 37.5% Federal funds and 62.5% Special Assembly Bill (AB) 2994 funds,\nwith sufficient funding included in the Department’s FY 2023-24 Final Adopted\nBudget and the FY 2024-25 Recommended Budget; and authorize the Director\nto take the following actions: (Department of Children and Family Services)\nAPPROVE\nExecute amendments to increase or decrease the maximum annual\ncontract amount up to 10%, if such an amendment is necessary, to meet\nchange in service demands and the necessary funding is available in the\nbudget and;\nExecute amendments to the contract for changes to the terms and\nconditions of the contract to meet program needs; and\nTerminate the CCACC contract for contractor default, if necessary.\n(23-4220)
