Resolution of Summary Vacation in The Unincorporated Community of\nEast Los Angeles\nRecommendation: Find that the easements for sanitary sewer purposes east of\nBonnie Beach Place and south of Medford Street, in the unincorporated\ncommunity of East Los Angeles (1), are no longer required for public use and\ncan be vacated, pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code, and have\nbeen superseded by relocation, pursuant to the California Streets and\nHighways Code; adopt a Resolution of Summary Vacation of Sanitary Sewer\nEasements East of Bonnie Beach Place and South of Medford Street; upon\napproval, authorize the Director of Public Works to record the certified original\nresolution with the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and find that the proposed\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
