2-D. Fleet Management Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to negotiate, execute, and if necessary, terminate a\nsix-year contract with Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc., for fleet management\nservices, and related documents (Contract), in the amount of $7,500,000 using\nprogram funds included in the Los Angeles County Development Authority’s\napproved Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 budget and FY budgets, to be effective\nJanuary 1, 2024; find that the approval of the Contract is not subject to the\nprovisions of the California Environmental Quality Act; and authorize the\nExecutive Director to take the following actions: APPROVE\nExecute necessary amendments to the Contract, to modify the scope of\nwork to address unforeseen issues or make other non-monetary changes\nnecessary for the administration and implementation of the Contract; and\nIncrease the compensation by an amount not to exceed 10% of the\nContract for any unforeseen, needed fleet management services.\n(23-4438)
