Reestablish the Reward Offer in the Disappearance and Death of Mitrice\nRichardson\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Reestablish the $20,000\nreward offered in exchange for information leading to the apprehension and\nconviction of the person or persons responsible for the suspicious\ndisappearance and heinous death of 24-year-old Mitrice Richardson, who was\nreleased from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lost Hills\nSubstation in Agoura on September 17, 2009, and on August 9, 2010, Ms.\nRichardson’s remains were found in Dark Canyon by local rangers.
