Authorize the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs to Accept a\nGrant from the United States Department of Homeland Security to\nImplement a Case Management Pilot Program\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Accept a $5,000,000 Case\nManagement Pilot Program grant (Grant) from the United States Department of\nHomeland Security, for the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs to\nprovide case management services to clients as required by the Grant; and\nauthorize the Director of Consumer and Business Affairs to enter into any\ncontracts, memorandums of understanding, and agreements needed to develop\nand implement the services required by the Grant.
