7. Amendment to Agreement With Willdan Group, Inc. for Plan Check and\nContracted Fire Marshal Services\nRecommendation -\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amended agreement with\nWilldan Group, Inc. ("Willdan”) to increase the not to exceed amount by\n$185,000 for a total of $285,000 for FY 2023-24 for existing plan check\nand proposed interim Fire Marshal services.\n2. Amend the City's FY 2023-24 Adopted Budget to increase revenues by\n$125,000 in the Fire Department plan check fees.\n3. Appropriate $125,000 from General Fund Balance to the Fire Department\nprofessional services budget.\n4. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
