Agreement with SCA for Street Sweeping Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve an\nAgreement with SCA of CA, LLC (SCA) (Attachment A) to provide street sweeping\nservices for an initial three-year period effective July 1, 2024, through June 30,\n2027; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\nsubsequent amendments provided for under the Agreement contingent upon\nsatisfactory performance by the contractor and in accordance with the rates\nidentified in Exhibit B to the Attachment A.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1, 901-2
