Award Notice Inviting Bids NIB 24-008YL to Reliable Monitoring Services\ndba/RMS Construction, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, for the total\nbid amount of $1,370,876, and waive all minor irregularities in the bidding\ndocument as submitted by the said bidder.\nc. Approve the Construction Contract with Reliable Monitoring Services dba/RMS\nConstruction for the Citywide Parks Americans with Disabilities Act\nImprovements - Year 3 Capital Improvement Project, No. FC-2020-01, in the\namount of $1,370,876.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Contract with\nReliable Monitoring Services dba/RMS Construction in the amount of $1,370,876,\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and\namendments up 10% or $137,088.\nAgenda\ne.
