Approve a construction contract with Triangle Decon Services, Inc., in the\namount of $342,392.00 for the Corona Library Heritage Room Improvements.\nd. FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE\nCORONA UTILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR A TERM OF DECEMBER 6, 2023 TO JUNE 30,\n2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF $175,000 PER FISCAL YEAR\nThat the City Council:\nAgenda\na. Award RFP 24-003SB to Greentech Landscape, Inc. for landscape maintenance\nservices for the Corona Utilities Department.\nb. Approve the Maintenance and General Services Agreement with Greentech\nLandscape, Inc. for landscape maintenance services for the initial term of\nDecember 6, 2023, to June 30, 2025, with two additional two-year option\nrenewal periods in the amount of $175,000 per fiscal year and waive any and all\nminor irregularities in the proposal.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance and\nGeneral Services Agreement with Greentech Landscape, Inc. in the amount of\n$175,000 per fiscal year, including any non-substantive extensions, change\norders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized in\nCorona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or\n$17,500.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above recommended actions.

Award Notice Inviting Bids NIB 24-008YL to Reliable Monitoring Services\ndba/RMS Construction, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, for the total\nbid amount of $1,370,876, and waive all minor irregularities in the bidding\ndocument as submitted by the said bidder.\nc. Approve the Construction Contract with Reliable Monitoring Services dba/RMS\nConstruction for the Citywide Parks Americans with Disabilities Act\nImprovements - Year 3 Capital Improvement Project, No. FC-2020-01, in the\namount of $1,370,876.\nd. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Paymentus\nCorporation to extend the term of the contract through June 30, 2027, in the\namount of $500,000 per fiscal year for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2027.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute\nnon-substantive extensions, purchase orders, change orders, and amendments\nup to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J),\nwhich is equivalent to 10% or $50,000.\nc. Decide under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.140(E) that competitive\nbidding has been satisfied for the reasons provided in the “Basis of\nDetermination that Purpose of Bidding is Otherwise Accomplished” section of this\nreport.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above actions.
