Approve a First Amendment to Maintenance/General Services Agreement with\nMariposa Landscape Inc. for park landscape maintenance services in park areas\n1 and 5 in the amount of $666,011.10.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment to\nMaintenance/General Services Agreement with Mariposa Landscape, Inc. in the\namount of $666,011.10, including any non-substantive extensions, change\norders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized in\nCorona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or\n$66,011.
