AWARD OF BID FOR PROJECT NO. 80001 & 80002, POLICE DEPARTMENT MEN’S AND\nWOMEN’S LOCKER REPLACEMENT PROJECT (BID NO. 2023-12)\nCEQA: Determined to be categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15301(c) (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the Plans and Specifications for Project No. 80001 & 80002, PD Men’s and Women’s\nLocker Replacement Project; award the construction contract to Y4M Developing Inc. DBA\nConstruction Masters in the amount of $620,763.00 (Base bid amount plus additive bid item\n#6); approve a construction contingency in the amount of $104,237, for a total amount of\n$725,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute any extensions, and any future\namendments within the City Manager’s authority.
