Amendment to the City of Placentia Fiscal Year 2023-24\nCapital Improvement Program to include Fiscal Year 2023-\n24 Street Rehabilitation Project Fiscal Impact: Expense:\n$200,000 Total Project Design Budget Available Budget:\n$400,000 Proposed Budget Resolution (609800-6740 J/L\n24104-6740)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023-24\nCapital Improvement Program to allocate $200,000 in\navailable SB-1 Gas Tax Funds for engineering design\nservices for the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Roadway\nRehabilitation Project; and\n2) Approve an appropriation adjustment, reallocating\n$400,000 in available SB-1 Gas Tax Funds from the\nFiscal Year 2022-23 Roadway Rehabilitation project\n(Project No. 1301) to the Fiscal Year 2023-24\nRoadway Rehabilitation Project (Project No. 24104);\nand\n3) Adopt Resolution No. R-2024-01, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\nauthorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year 2023-\n24 in compliance with City Charter of the City of\nPlacentia §§1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute all the necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
