11. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM ratifying and approving the actions of the Anaheim Director of Public Works, or\ndesignee, in submitting a grant application on behalf of the City of Anaheim to the California\nDepartment of Transportation (Caltrans) for the Sustainable Communities Grant for the update to\nthe City of Anaheim Transit Master Plan and, authorizing the acceptance of such grant on behalf\nof the City and amending the budget accordingly; and, determine that these actions are exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guideline Section 15306 [grant\nfunds in the amount of $400,000 and local match funds in the amount of $51,824].
