7. Approve an agreement with DILO Production, Inc., dba DILO Direct, in an amount not to exceed\n$250,000 with a 15% contingency for as-needed extra services, for comprehensive electrical\nequipment insulator gas management services for a five year term with an optional 12-month\nextension to complete in-progress services; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager,\nor designees, to execute the agreement, and related documents, and to take the necessary\nactions to implement, fund, and administer the agreement.\n3 January 9, 2024
