Approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Sign Age Identity\nSystems, Inc., to increase the not to exceed amount from $500,000 to $1,000,000, for on-call\nwayfinding and banner signage design, fabrication, and installation services; authorize the\nDirector of Economic Development, or designee, to administer the amendment; and authorize de\nminimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreement as\ndetermined by the Office of the City Attorney.
