APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CODE\nGROUP (DBA "VCA CODE")\nApprove a Professional Services Agreement with The Code Group to provide\nbuilding inspection services for commercial projects.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nThe Code Group (dba “VCA Code”) to provide building inspection services in\nthe amount of $150,000 for the period December 2023-December 2024; 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-­‐\nmonetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Clerk to execute the agreement.
