4F. APPROVE BUDGET TRANSFERS FOR THE PEAK PARK AND BOISSERANCE\nPARK POOL IMPROVEMENTS, A CONSTRUCTION CHANGE ORDER, AND AN\nAMENDMENT WITH PACIFIC CIVIL ENGINEERING\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a budget transfer of $21,790 from the\nPark and Recreation Master Plan Project account to the Peak Park and\nBoisseranc Park Pool Improvements Project account; 2) Approve a budget\ntransfer of $200,000 from the undesignated General Fund reserve to the\nPeak Park and Boisseranc Park Pool Improvements Project account; 3)\nApprove Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $115,549.47; 4) Authorize the\nPurchasing Manager to add additional funds in the amount of $200,000 to\nthe existing Purchase Order; 5) Amend Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering in the amount of $21,790; 6)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-\nmonetary changes to the amendment; and, 7) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Clerk to execute the amendment.
