5A. APPROVE RESTRICTED PROJECT AGREEMENT (GRANT NO. 202401) WITH\nPROVIDENCE ST. JUDE HOSPITAL FOR 2024 GRANT FUNDING\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a grant agreement with Providence St.\nJude Hospital for 2024; 2) Authorize and roll over $26,500 for construction\nof Community Gardens at Bellis Park ($19,000) and Ehlers Event Center\n($7,500); 3) Accept grant funds in the amount of $89,000; 4) Appropriate\n$79,000 for the construction of a Pickleball Court at the Ehlers Event Center;\n5) Appropriate $5,000 for the purchase of water polo goals at Peak Park\nPool; 6) Appropriate $5,000 for the purchase of Tot Time furniture at the\nBuena Park Community Center; 7) Transfer $11,000 from the Senior Center\nInterior Development Fund to the Pickleball Court project at the Ehlers Event\nCenter; 8) Award a contract to RMS LIFE SAFETY in the amount of\n$78,554.08; 9) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of $ $7,855.41 in\nthe same purchase order; 10) Authorize construction engineering funds in\nthe amount of $3,590.51; 11) Authorize the City Manager, City Attorney to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract; and, 12)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the contract.
