8. PARKING, TRAFFIC, AND CIRCULATION COMMITTEE\nRECOMMENDATIONS\nRecommendations:\n(1) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ninstall overnight commercial parking restrictions on Zell Drive by adopting the\nResolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING OVERNIGHT\nCOMMERCIAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON ZELL DRIVE”; and\n(2) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\nconvert two three-hour metered parking spaces to thirty-minute metered parking\nspaces adjacent to 278 Forest Avenue and 305 Forest Avenue by adopting the\nResolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THIRTY-MINUTE\nPARKING ADJACENT TO 278 FOREST AVENUE AND 305 FOREST\nAVENUE”.
