AMEND SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENTS FOR BUILDING AND\nPLANNING SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to amend Agreement #22-49 with CSG Consulting\nInc. for a contract increase of $295,400, and Agreement #22-61 with Sagecrest\nPlanning and Environmental for a contract increase of $25,600 to continue to\nprovide building and planning services; and\n(2) Increase the estimated Community Development Revenue by $121,000,\naccompanied by a matching increase in the appropriation for contract services.
