Award of Sourcewell Contract to Horizons Construction Company International,\nInc. for the installation of new fencing along Riverdale Avenue; approval of\nReimbursement Agreement with Orange County Water District; and finding of\nCEQA exemption.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a Sourcewell contract with Horizons Construction Company International,\nInc. in the amount of $169,908 for the fence installation along Riverdale Avenue\nfrom Orange Olive Road to approximately 2,000 linear feet west of Orange Olive\nRoad; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.\n2. Approve the Reimbursement Agreement with Orange County Water District in the\namount not to exceed $80,000 to construct the new fence: and authorize the Mayor\nand City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.\n3. Appropriate $90,000 from unreserved General Fund balance to account\n100.5095.51700.30235.
