22) Agreement with Tint Solutions, Inc. for Window Tinting Services Citywide\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services Agreement\nwith Tint Solutions, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a\nterm of (3) years in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,500.00\nfor unanticipated costs.
