21) Award a Public Works Agreement to Interstate Striping, Inc. for the Annual Traffic\nStriping Maintenance Program (CIP Project #Z10004)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement with\nInterstate Striping, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $373,674.00 for the Annual Traffic\nStriping Maintenance Program (CIP Project #Z10004) in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to\nexceed a 10% contingency amount of $37,367.00 for uncertainties and adjustments.
