Item No. 25. 2023-0147 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO\nOCEAN BLUE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC.\nFOR INVOICES FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO\nCLEAN UP AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS\nMATERIALS CITYWIDE (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. WAIVE the contract requirements of the Carson Municipal Code\n("CMC") pursuant to Carson Municipal Code 2605(b)(2)(ii); and\n2.
