10. DRAINAGE BENEFIT ASSESSMENT AREA RESOLUTION INITIATING\nPROCEEDINGS, APPROVING AN ENGINEER'S REPORT, AND TAKING\nOTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH TRACT 82126 (BOUQUET\nCANYON) - Pursuant to the conditions of approval for the Bouquet Canyon project, the\nproperty owner shall establish a Drainage Benefit Assessment Area to ensure the\ncontinued maintenance of any drainage improvements that are not eligible for transfer to\nthe Los Angeles County Flood Control District.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt resolutions to initiate proceedings to form a Bouquet Canyon Drainage Benefit\nAssessment Area 2023-1 to benefit parcels in Tract 82126 and approve the Engineer's\nReport.\n2. Set a public hearing for February 27, 2024, as a time and place to hear comments on\nthis proposed action and close the time period to receive ballots.
