Contract Extension with MissionSquare ( Formerly International City Management\nAssociation Retirement Corporation) to Provide Deferred Compensation Program\nServices\nThe City Council will consider action to extend the agreement with the City' s existing\ndeferred compensation program provider.\nRecommendation: That the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve MissionSquare as the City' s deferred compensation program services\nprovider;\n2. Approve a three- year contract with two additional one- year extensions; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.
