National League of Cities 2024 Congressional City Conference from\nThe City Council will consider authorizing the attendance of any Council Member\nand City staff who wishes to attend the 2024 National League of Cities Congressional\nCity Conference in Washington, DC from March 11"' — 13d', 2024.\nIf a majority of the City Council requests to meet with a State or Federal legislator or\nDepartment to discuss issues within a subject matter of the City' s jurisdiction, a\nspecial meeting agenda must be posted at least 24 hours before the scheduled\nmeeting.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the attendance and finance of\nany Council Member and City staff that attends the 2024 National League of Cities\nCongressional City Conference in Washington, DC from March 11"' — 13d', 2024.
