Discuss and provide direction to staff as needed regarding: a. \nScope of Council’s recommended project(s) related to Library building; b. Scope of Council’s\nrecommended associated project(s) at other facilities specified by Council; c. Production of any\nrelated architectural concept drawings as desired; d. Position on funding options for\nrecommended project(s); e. Public polling data as needed; AND. 2. In support of directed\nactivities, specify any needed parameters authorizing: a.
