Approve an agreement with Ortco Inc for the installation of\npark shade structures at Louie Pompei Memorial Sports Park in the amount of $477,700; 2. ​\nAuthorize change orders in an amount not to exceed 5% or $23,885 for a total contract amount\nnot to exceed $501,585; and, 3. A ​ uthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the\nagreement with Ortco Inc, including minimal and/or non-substantive changes. ​
